Customs Fees: Custom charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. Refund requests will not be accepted if items are returned to Loop Vault due to unpaid import duties/customs fees or refusal of items upon delivery.

International shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Australia Post/UPS/DHL will be used to dispatch your order and will require a signature upon delivery.

• wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout
• package not collected from the post office within their stipulated timeframes and hence returned to sender
